Falkner 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaker's Notes: Blended with some Cabernet Franc, this Cabernet is a deep ruby color and is rich in flavors. Aged over 20 months in oak barrels, this full-bodied wine provides flavors of blackberry and pomegranate with a lingering, cassis finish. This is an excellent wine for steak, lamb, and red pasta sauce dishes.
